Preparing the 2019 Western Africa FCT for integration

This page documents steps for getting the Western Africa food composition table ready to integrate into WikiFCD.

Goal

We will know that this FCT is ready to hand off to the bot developer when we can say that:

Taxon names have been mapped to corresponding WikiFCD Qids in a column of their own

Currently there are scientific names reported in Column D of sheet "03 NV_sum_39(per100g EP)" in the file "WAFCT_FAOINFOODS_2019_taxon_Qids". We need to know the WikiFCD Qid for these taxon names. We can record the WikiFCD Qids in column E.
Example from row 18: We see the scientific name is "Digitaria iburua". We look up this taxon name in the WikiFCD search bar and find that in WikiFCD it is Q11151. We would then paste this Qid into column E row 18.
If no scientific name is found in Column D, please skip the row.
